UTS/UTS-B

Single-stage magnetic drive process centrifugal pumps in metal

Available materials: AISI 316 (1.4408)
Bare shaft (UTS) and close coupled (UTS-B) execution

Versatility: Suitable for handling toxic, dangerous and flammable liquids in chemical and pharmaceutical industries where intrinsic safety and “0” emissions are a priority.

Reliability: in the bare shaft version, the oil-lubricated bearing support, also available with labyrinth seals on request, guarantees excellent durability even for continuous applications (24 hours a day). Graphite bushings or SSiC bushings with ADLC treatment (diamond like coating) make the pump resistant to dry running.

Design: A rotating shaft configuration with double static bushing guarantees the right reliability even in critical continuous operation conditions. Numerous options such as double containment, double isolation shell, connection for temperature and leak sensors, allow to reach the highest safety levels required by the market
